During the webinar, Ed Watkinson, Residential Care & Inspection Specialist and Liz Jones, the Policy Director at NCF, discussed:
- why did DoLs need to change
- what is staying the same with LPS and;
- what will be changing with LPS, based on what we know so far
As this is a recent change, our speakers also touched on what questions are still waiting to be answered and, more importantly, where to find out more updated information. The webinar was particularly informative as it also talked through the reported concerns regarding the LPS introduction and what actions should be taken currently to prepare for the upcoming consultation.
