Jenny is an HR Consultant and leads the People Projects team at Napthens LLP, which provides proactive, practical and strategic HR support and expertise on an outsourced basis. Her role is to support you to get the best out of your people and ultimately achieve your business objectives. During her time with Napthens, Jenny has developed bespoke HR processes to support the employee lifecycle, such as recruitment and induction process and performance management & appraisal systems. Jenny is an HR strategist and partners with clients to understand the culture of an organisation, improving and nurturing this through HR strategy development and implementation. Jenny specialises in the inception, design and implementation of impactful people-focused business improvement solutions.
