Hi Sheila, how do I report my concerns about the quality of the carers attending my father?

Thank you for your question.
You should have received a complaints policy from the home when your father was admitted.
It will normally tell you that in the first instance you should take your concerns to the Registered Manager of the home.
If you are not satisfied then you can contact the Care Quality Commission (CQC).
