What is a KLOE?
KLOE stands for Key Lines of Enquiry.
There are 5 Key Lines of Enquiry;
- Is it Safe?
- Is it Effective?
- Is it Caring?
- Is it Responsive?
- Is it Well-Led?

QCS has developed a system to assist you when you have to respond to these questions.
All the policies and procedures that you currently have will fit in to one of the questions and QCS have done the work for you to make sure that you remain compliant whilst adapting to the new system.
