Julia is an absolute asset to the company. She is very hardworking with excellent communication skills. She is loved by our service users and they look forward to seeing her every day. During this hard time of COVID-19 pandemic, she had worked extremely hard, covering calls for other carers who could not continue to work, she mentioned that ‘the service user needs us, I will do what I can to continue providing care for them’.
