My subscription with QCS has finished – can I still access my policies and procedures?
Once your QCS subscription concludes, access to policies, procedures, and other services is unfortunately unavailable. Keeping your subscription active is crucial for continuous access to updated resources, ensuring your team is always informed and compliant.
What training is available to help me use the system?
To ensure ease of use, we offer training videos at QCS Training Videos. These resources are designed to enhance your proficiency with the QCS system. Additionally, the Help Centre within the platform provides helpful guides and video tutorials.
My manager has set me up on the QCS System – now what?
Once your manager sets you up on the QCS System, use the email-sent login details to access your company’s dashboard. Here, you’ll find essential Policies, Procedures, and supportive resources. If your manager has assigned a Reading List, locate it under the ‘Reading List’ menu, selecting ‘My Reading List’.
How do I set my company up on the system?
Welcome to QCS! Upon starting your subscription, we’ll send you login details. Your first step is to access your platform and enter your business information under ‘System Details’. This personalises and tailors the content to your specific business needs. Feel free to proceed at your own pace – the system is designed to guide you through each step effectively.
Where can I find my unique customer number?
At QCS, we see beyond numbers to value each customer individually. However, for practical purposes, you can find your account reference on any invoice within the QCS System, or by selecting the ‘Profile’ button located in the top right menu.

What devices can I download the QCS App on to?
The QCS App is available on Android phones running OS 4.4 and upwards. The app is also available on Apple devices (iPhone and iPad) with iOS 9.0 and upwards.
Is the App free and where can this be downloaded?
Our QCS App is readily available for free in both the Android and Apple App stores. Remember, an active QCS subscription is necessary to log into the app.
Is there an additional cost to add staff members to accessing the system?
No – A QCS subscription provides unlimited user licences for the location. The system is a fantastic tool for sharing information with your teams. Giving all staff access ensures they have access to the up to date policies and guidance required to fulfil their roles.
Is the content available in multiple languages?
Yes – the QCS Compliance Management system features a comprehensive suite of accessibility tools, include a powerful translation feature with over 100 languages available, many with audio support.
How can I access my invoices?
You can easily download PDF versions of all your invoices. Just click on your profile image in the top navigation bar and select ‘Billing’ from the dropdown menu.
Who do we provide policies and procedures for?
England – We provide policies and procedures for adult social care providers (Care Homes, Nursing Homes, Domiciliary Care Agencies and Supported Living providers), Dentists and GPs.
Scotland – We provide policies and procedures for adult social care providers (Care Homes, Nursing Homes, Care at Home and Supported Living providers)
Wales – We provider policies and procedures for adult social care providers (Care Homes, Nursing Homes, Domiciliary Care and Support Living providers)
I have forgotten my password, how can I reset this?
If you’ve forgotten your password, simply click the ‘Forgot?’ option in the password field on our login page. Alternatively, your manager can assist by resetting it for you.

My company name or address details have changed, what do I need to do?
Simply contact our Customer Experience Team on 0333 405 33 33 who will be able to assist.
Is there an obligation to purchase the system after the free trial?
No. All we ask is that you share your feedback and impressions of the system.
What happens after the free trial has been activated?
Once the trial has been activated you are free to explore the system and content. You can log in as many times as you wish over the 24-hour period to access the system.
How long does the free trial last?
The free trial grants 24 hours of complete access to the QCS system, giving you a glimpse of our comprehensive service.
Will the local authority accept my policies?
QCS policies and procedures are focused on compliance with the national regulator. The system will allow users to further customise policies for local requirements.
What support is provided to help me with the registration process?
The QCS Compliance Management System provides a range of policies, procedures and guidance to support providers going through the registration process.
Are the QCS policies personalised or generic?
QCS policies are written to conform to national regulations and requirements. They also reference best practice methodologies and guidance, ensuring the procedures reflect the best current thinking. The QCS Compliance management system features a Systems Details area, where clients provide a range of information relating to their operation and key personnel. A sophisticated personalisation tool takes the information entered into the System Details area and populates them throughout the policies on the system, quickly customising the policies for the individual business. The system also allows client to further edit and amend their policies to reflect any variations in their local practice.
Is there anything I need to use in order to access the system?
The system can be accessed using any desktop, laptop, tablet or smartphone device with an Internet Browser and Internet connection. To get the most out of the QCS Management System we also recommend having Adobe Reader and Microsoft Office available on desktop or laptop machines.
