This Kitchen Cleaning Schedule forms one part of a series of practical tools held within the Food Safety Manual, it’s vital to have a cleaning schedule in place that evidence how the premises is cleaned and to provide an opportunity for it to be a working document that staff can sign. In particular, during COVID–19 and pandemic management, this schedule has the capacity to support additional deep cleaning requirements.
