We are incredibly sad to hear of the death of Sheila Scott OBE.
Sheila was instrumental in the early days of QCS and impacted lots of us in so many ways.
She was a great ambassador for the social care sector, dedicating four decades to supporting providers across the country. Her kindness, humour and generosity touched us deeply.
We are especially grateful for everything she did for QCS, including the invaluable “Ask Sheila” section, where she addressed countless problems faced by social care providers for many years, providing insights and guidance.
Thank you, Sheila, for your inspiring contributions. Your legacy will forever be remembered and will continue to inspire and influence the work of QCS and the social sector moving forward.
