Since 2004, Geraldine has worked in leadership capacities across health and social care. With a background as a qualified registered mental health nurse, she has made significant contributions within the NHS, local authorities, independent providers, and the third sector.
Geraldine brings a deep passion for policy, strategy, commissioning, business development, partnership building, quality improvement, and operations to QCS. Her dedication to addressing health inequalities and improving outcomes for everyone, regardless of age, race, or background, has been a hallmark of her career.
At QCS, Geraldine is excited to continue her mission, investing in the social care workforce and enhancing the experience for both care providers and people living with dementia.
